Q: Why choose chiropractic?
A: Because it works! Multiple studies show the efficacy of chiropractic care for musculoskeletal pain. One US Government study on the treatment of acute lower back pain concluded: “Spinal manipulation: manual therapy for symptomatic relief and functional improvement of the back. Relief of discomfort can be accomplished most safely with nonprescription medication and/or spinal manipulation. AHCPR Guideline #14: Acute Low Back Problems in Adults. Dec 8, 1994.

Multiple professional athletes utilize chiropractic care people like: Lance Armstrong, Martina Navratilova, Emmitt Smith, Joe Montana, and Barry Bonds. If chiropractic care is good enough for them it is good enough for you!

Q: How much does treatment cost?
A: Prices are quite reasonable starting from $80 an office visit.

Q: Is it going to hurt?
A: You may experience some mild muscle soreness as we are challenging previously injured areas in order to strengthen them or improve flexibility.

Q: What services do you provide?
A: We offer clients: Condition specific education, therapeutic exercise, soft tissue therapies including (ART and NMR), and high power laser therapy.

Q: How long does an appointment last?
A: A typical appointment last about 40-50 minutes. During the first appointment an examination will be performed which last about one hour.

Q: My MRI shows a herniated disc can you help me?
A: We have helped many patients with disc herniations. A study of 52 asymptomatic adults revealed that 20% of people ages 20-39 had herniated discs in their lower back. For those over 40 and older 50% had abnormal readings (disc herniations, spinal stenosis, etc.) upon CT examination. Weisel, MD. Spine 1984; 9(6):49-51

So it seems evident that much of lower back pain is based on how well the body is able to function in spite of imaging (X-ray or MRI) abnormalities. We specialize in showing you how to improve your function and decrease your pain.

Q: I have knee pain can you help me?
A: Yes. Knee pain is very common and upon beginning a program of active care it often decreases dramatically.

Q: I suffer from headaches can you help me?
A: Yes many people suffering from headaches respond positively to chiropractic care. Occasionally, multidisciplinary management is used in order to get the best results.

Q:  I don't want to be adjusted. Is this a necessary part of the treatment?
A: Every patient is unique. Chiropractic adjustments are appropriate for certain conditions, but are not absolutely necessary. The signature treatment is the education you will receive about the spectrum of treatment options that are recommended for you.

I injured my back about 6 months ago while playing tennis. And about 2 months ago, I suddenly aggravated the injury for no apparent reason. It was very painful. I went to see a Acupuncturist and he told me that my back muscle was too tight, but he didn't tell me why and how to cure it. The discomfort continues for months.
I got the recommendation for Dr. Colle Hunt from one of my company's interest mailing group. Dr. Hunt was very patient to explain what might go wrong with me after carefully evaluated my back pain and referenced my previous back problems. In 3-4 visits, the discomfort reduced significantly. Dr. Hunt was very careful and detailed to record my progress. His focus was not only to heal my current back pain but to teach me to strengthen the back muscle to prevent any future injuries.
I'm back to my tennis game and feeling great and most importantly, I now know more on stretching, strengthening, and preventing future back injuries. I highly recommend Dr. Colle Hunt for his knowledge, skill, and effectiveness in healing my back pain.
